How Mapha works for sellers
Customer places order
A customer finds your restaurant or shop and places an order through the Mapha app.
You prepare order
Your restaurant or shop accepts and prepares the order.
Driver picks up order
Drivers using the Mapha platform pick up the order from your restaurant or shop, then deliver it to the customer.

We have two types of charges. The first is for delivery of food items and the second is for delivery of non-food items. In addition to the delivery fee we charge a service fee on all orders placed on the Mapha platform. For more information send us an email at [email protected]
The Mapha platform can connect you with independent drivers, bike/scooter riders, and car drivers who deliver to your customers. Because of the wide network of delivery people using the Mapha platform, restaurants don’t have to keep their own delivery staff. But if you do have your own staff, we’re flexible—you can use them too. Reach out to [email protected] or directly to your Mapha contact to see if this option is now available in your city.

A mobile device with Mapha orders helps Mapha merchants keep track of new orders, and manage deliveries daily.
